    Chris Tang

    Creative Asana sequencing

Chris is a firm believer that our practice on the mat truly mirrors the experiences and challenges we face in life off the mat. By encouraging students to use yoga not just as physical exercise but as a powerful form of self-expression and deep self-exploration, Chris’s goal is to inspire personal creativity and growth. Ultimately, Chris aims to help people find a lasting sense of inner peace and genuine self-acceptance—qualities that extend beyond the yoga studio and positively impact their everyday lives.
