I taught a number of disciplines across the US, UK, Europe and Africa before creating my little piece of paradise here in East London! I’m Welsh/ Italian so if I’m not on the mat I’ll be in the countryside eating pasta!

Hi, I’m Aurora. I’m Italian by birth, and a nomad by nature! The Mandala, Yin, and Ashtanga I teach are aimed at soothing Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul. Each time I return from my trips, I weave the magical experiences and lessons learned into my ever evolving practise. See you on the mat soon :)

    Nenne

Hi, I’m Nenne. I discovered the healing powers of yoga over ten years ago when treating an injury. Not only did I feel that the physical practice was nurturing my body, I soon discovered and appreciated all the benefits beyond the physical. Now I’m eager to share the wellbeing that yoga brings with the hum community.

    Chris

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a firm believer that our practice on the mat mirrors life off the mat. By encouraging students to use yoga as a form of self-expression and self-exploration, my goal is to inspire creativity and help you find a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance that can apply off the mat too.
